Do you guarantee your products or services?

Yes, we offer a 15 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in new condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return number.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

How fast will my order ship?

We ship your order within 24 to 48 hours from recepit of payment, and ship UPS. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 weeks, not including weekends and holidays. Jewlery items ship with in 4 to 6 weeks. We do not ship to PO Boxes, as we ship all UPS.

I want to pay by Credit Card or PayPal and your shopping cart does not have them listed?

We do except Credit Cards and PayPal payments. Simply process your order through check payment. We will then send you an e-mail asking how you wish to make payment. We do except payment through paypal, and credit card payments.
